The beds were clean, they regularly changed sheets, and they were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean had every necessary amenity, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The check in / out process was very smooth. The room was big, especially for Tokyo. The Tozai subway line was within a 5 minute walk, plenty of convenience stores and even a 24/7 supermarket, plenty of eateries near the station.

Don’t be misers and cheapskates. I find it funny that S-E Asians complain the most while AT THE SAME TIME always looking to pay the least.

Great location in walking distance to shops, restaurants and train station. Clean and comfortable rooms. We were a group of 8 and were able to stay on the same floor in rooms next to each other. Very friendly and helpful staff arranged delivery of an important item left behind too. Recommend
